Architectural
Q: What types of exterior modifications can I make without Association approval?
All exterior modifications require approval through the Association’s architectural control process. Please complete the Architectural Request Form and submit it via the “Requests” section in TownSq.
Q: What is the process for submitting an architectural application? How long does it take?
Applications are reviewed by the Architectural Committee, a group of volunteer homeowners appointed by the Board of Directors. Please allow up to 30 days for review. Submit as much detail and documentation as possible to avoid delays.
Q: How can I check the status of my application?
If you have not received a response within 21 days, please submit a request in TownSq or email the Community Manager at cdcpcmanager@goodwin-co.com.
Board Meetings
Q: How can I find out when the next Board meeting is scheduled?
Meeting notices are posted in the News and Events section of TownSq. If your email is registered, you will also receive email notifications.
Q: Where can I find the most recent meeting minutes?
Minutes are available in the Documents section of TownSq.
Common Area Maintenance
Q: What is the Association responsible for maintaining?
The Association maintains all common areas, the exterior of the buildings (including roofs), and provides snow removal.
Q: How do I report a maintenance issue in the common area?
Submit a request in TownSq with as much detail and a photo, if possible. You can track your request status there as well.
Q: How do I report a maintenance issue for Laundry Machines?
Users can use website to report with specific machine numbers

Mailbox keys are managed by your local United States Postal Service (USPS) branch.
